The slogan of Expatriate Counseling is We Care Because We Know! and we do...care!
This also means we are open for feedback from visitors, potential clients, former clients and anybody else who may have something to say. Only with feedback are we able to improve that which needs improving, to restore what is broken, fix what needs to be fixed, heal what needs to be healed and even apologize if that is called for.
Of course we, at Expatriate Counseling, are working according to certain franchise guidelines but we are also human and thus not perfect, even though we strive for that!
In order to help you, the potential client, now and in the future we welcome your feedback.
We are particularly interested in the following areas: response time to email and phone calls, the quality of services, the rates being charged, the courtesy and the websites.
Other questions we have for you are: “What kind of service are you looking for?” (That we are not offering yet!) and “How else can we help you?”. In other words…… what is missing?
